E-Hall Pass  (EHP) UpdateGoogle App Ask

Our dedicated long-term subs found out that some of our more…… creative… students were APPROVING passes as a teacher.  The culprit was that they were able to guess teacher’s PIN codes in EHP

A couple of teachers reported that students are unable to access assignments made using the new Google app in SGY.  The ASK: If you have experienced this issue, please let me know. Thanks in advance.54b4de98-fe63-4f55-8e71-87e7a7f23118.jpg
Extra CreditSchoology Update for Students
LCPS is hosting the Launching Your Leadership Conference on March 12, 2026, from 5:30–8:30 PM at Watson Mountain Middle School. The event is open to any staff member interested in developing their leadership skills or exploring future leadership pathways. It features sessions led by experienced LCPS leaders and a keynote from educator and author Todd Nesloney. This is a professional learning opportunity—not a hiring event—and will include topics such as navigating leadership pathways, interviewing skills, leading teams, conflict management, and more. Register using the linkDDI just enabled a new feature that adds a new Assignments tab to the student homepage in Schoology. This new view displays all upcoming, submitted, and missing materials from student courses in a consolidated view. Students can move between Upcoming, Recent, and Missing, or filter down to a specific course.image.pngThis new Assignments tab will be the default view for students. However, they can choose to select the Recent Activity, Course Dashboard, or Assignments view as their default on their Settings tab (Click their name on the top right, select Settings).image2.png
